Always rinse your face thoroughly with warm water – hot water tends to strip skin of natural oils more quickly. It is also recommended to exfoliate your skin if you have dry skin, since it will remove the flaky outer layer and make your face look smoother. Another helpful step is to use an oil-free foaming cleanser after bathing. To remove extra oil and flaky skin, apply an astringent to keep the skin clean and moisturized.

    Changing your lifestyle is crucial for preventing acne. Avoid exposing your face to harsh environmental pollutants and cigarette smoke. These pollutants contain free radicals, which damage the skin. To avoid these harmful elements, choose a natural, organic face wash that contains antioxidants. A good night’s sleep is essential to healthy skin. Avoid stress as much as possible. Avoid smoking, as it will age and make your skin look yellow.
